I offer multiple packages and customize to fit your needs.
Postpartum Support
Package 1: $800
1 prenatal meeting & 3 postpartum visits plus contact via text to answer questions, etc. during our weeks together. Additional visits and support can be easily added.

Package 2: $1,100
1 prenatal visit & 5 postpartum visits plus contact via text to answer questions, etc. during our weeks together. Additional visits and support can be easily added,

Additional Visit: $200
Add additional visits/text support as needed.
Prenatal Support
Package 1: $250
In two 45 minutes prenatal support sessions, we will prepare for birth. From understanding labor and birth, thinking through your birth plan, and working through a check list of how to be ready at home, prenatal support provides opportunity for calm planning and greater understanding of what is to come. Please note, many clients partake in prenatal support sessions as a lead-in to postpartum care.

Group Sessions: $200/family
Prenatal Group Sessions are designed for small groups (eg: 3 parents/families) who want to have an intimate but communal prenatal support experience. We will meet twice, with the option to add another session.

****Prenatal Groups can be held in person or virtually. If in person, groups are held in a participant's home.****
Family & Sibling Support
Package 1: $650
Through a three step approach:
1. A phone call in which I learn about your family, hear concerns, and learn about the challenges and areas for growth in which your family needs support.
2. I will then come to your home for an 1.5 hour in home observation.
3. After our call and my observation, we will have a follow-up meeting (in person or virtual) where I will provide guidance and suggestions, with the goal of happier siblings and greater family harmony.
***Families also receive a write-up with takeaway suggestions and tips.***

Package 2: $125
Need some support navigating parenting? This package offers a phone call and texting to process through what you are experiencing as a parent, and provides concrete suggestions for how to remain calm and embrace each child.
